Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen

Johannes Foersom is a trained cabinet maker and furniture architect from the Furniture Department of teh Copenhagen Schoold for the Applied Arts.

Since 1977, he has had a studio with Peter Hiort-Lorenzen, who is a trained ship joiner and also educated at the Copenhagen School for the Applied Arts and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (Furniture Department).

Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen is now a well-experienced design company focusing on furniture and product design, as well as, design conultancy. The partnership Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen has won a number of Danish and foreign prizes.
